1. Who we are

CommunityConx is a product of RiverViewCoast LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website or services at communityconx.com you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

CommunityConx crawls publicly available websites, calendars, and event listings to aggregate community activity information. We display this information and let subscribing organizations embed it on their own sites. We always link back to the original source.

3. Accounts

You need an account to manage an organization on CommunityConx. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or organization may not maintain more than one free-tier account.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal—you'll keep access until the end of your paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at support@communityconx.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything illegal or to harass others
  • Scrape or bulk-download data from CommunityConx for resale
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that isn't yours
  • Interfere with the service's operation or security

6. Content and data

Activity information displayed on CommunityConx is sourced from public websites. We don't claim ownership of that content. If you believe content should be removed, contact us and we'll address it promptly.

Content you submit (manual events, email submissions) remains yours. You grant us a license to display and distribute it through the service.

7. Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without guarantees of uptime or accuracy. Community activity data may be incomplete or outdated—always verify with the original source.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RiverViewCoast LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
